The
historic King’s Arms Inn is set in the very heart of
the mining town of St Just. The Inn was constructed
in the early 14th century to provide accommodation for
the builders of the town church which is situated next
door to the Inn.
Since
new owners Brad and Molly Atherton took over in November
2009, the Kings Arms has become the home of good honest
fresh food, traditional Cornish ales and fine wines,
which are all served up with friendly hospitality in
good old fashioned surroundings.
The
Kings Arms now employs talented chef Lyndon Baldwin
along with a team of bar and kitchen staff whom all
share the same enthusiasum for this lovely yet somewhat
quirky establishment. Lyndon takes great pride in
creating unique dishes using quality local ingredients
and imaginative preparation. We are also very proud
of our own King’s Arms bread, which is handmade and
baked in our kitchen each day.
Daily
specials are available on the menu and created using
seasonal produce.
Please
feel free to contact the Kings Arms or visit anytime,
we will always be happy to accommodate your requirements
and look forward to greeting you.
Weekly
events at the Kings Arms include a super quiz every
wednesday evening at 9pm, jam sessions every Sunday
evening from 7pm, our food is served from 12 - 2.30pm
at lunch time and 6 - 9pm evenings, the Sunday menu
is available from 12 - 4pm. For evening
